Fully automated jam-free feed system
The patented feed system includes a robust agitator in the bottom of the chip bunker and a solid-core feed auger with loosening geometry that transports wood chips to the boiler, applying up to 3700 lb·ft of torque to crush and transport larger chunks and branches.
Optimized combustion for up to 93% efficiency
The firebox is constructed of refractory concrete with a full fireclay lining for optimal heat transfer. The counter rotational ventilation system delivers air directly to the fire bed and through the chamber sides to increase heat yield and ensure the cleanest burn. Both self-ignition and continuous feed modes are available.
Self-cleaning firebox & heat exchanger
The automated ash cleaning system optimizes combustion and heat transfer by collecting and removing ash from both the firebox and the heat exchanger tubes through a system of grates, scraper blades and de-ashing augers. The collected ash is deposited into a box outside the boiler for easy disposal.
Advanced internet-connected controls for self-optimization
The boiler constantly monitors and controls the fuel supply, exhaust gas temperature, water temperatures and heat demand to ensure optimal operation. The touch screen, internet-connected controller lets you quickly and easily monitor operation.
Designed to stay clean & built to stay safe
In addition to sealing moving parts from dirt and dust to reduce wear; the installation of tamper- proof switches on access covers increases safety by preventing operation when open and the rotary safety valve between the boiler and feed system eliminates the possibility of fire escaping back into the fuel supply.
